Booth Payment Schedule:

500$ of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by June 14th, 2024 , whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee

50% of the total booth space fee is due by June 15th, 2024 - exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee

100% of the total booth space fee is due by December 1st, 2024 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
The initial booth processing fee must be made using a Credit Card, ACH, Check or Wire Transfer. If you are unable to make your deposit using one of the above methods, please email your account representative for further assistance.
If you are not already in contact with the exhibition sales team, please contact them at exhibit@prospershow.com to begin the exhibit application process, as your booth must be pre-reserved.
