Thank you for choosing to exhibit at Prosper 2025. Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.
- $500 deposit due with contracts submitted prior to June 14th, 2024 in order to reserve a booth. This is a non-refundable fee.
- 50% of total invoice due by June 15th, 2024. Exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
- 100% of total invoice due by December 1st, 2024. Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date. If you have not paid 100% in full for your booth/sponsorship by December 1st, 2024, you will be removed from the show.
The initial booth processing fee must be made using a Credit Card, ACH, Check or Wire Transfer. If you are unable to make your deposit using one of the above methods, please email your account representative for further assistance.
If you are not already in contact with the exhibition sales team, please contact them at exhibit@prospershow.com to begin the exhibit application process, as your booth must be pre-reserved.
